Lumparing Thrift and Credit Society is the social development organization. It is a non-profit, non-political and non-religious body registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 and is committed to the integral and holistic development of the human being. Following the democratic trends in the development sector and the societies at large. The society decided to give their development initiatives on organization structure. This ideological shift in approach resulted in the birth of LTCS in 2002. LTCS was formed to become the development mouthpiece of the community both to be its own teacher as well as to reach-out to the larger society.
